   •    Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
   •    Same-day or last-minute cancellations will not be accepted, as preparation begins shortly after confirmation.

   •    Full Refund: Eligible if cancellation is made 24 hours in advance and the cake has not been prepared.
   •    Partial Refund: If partial preparation has started, only the unused portion of the payment may be refunded at our discretion.

   •    If the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery and doesn’t respond to communication.

   •    For UPI and online payments, the timeline may depend on your bank or payment provider.
